AT Signature Update
12:08 Spent the afternoon at Mr Ramos'. After many meetings about planning, chosing, and imagining, today was the day the hands on process began. He had a 2D drawing of the guitar, based on all the sketches and ideas I had given him, and the purpose of tday's visit was to give a final shape to the instrument so that he can start working with the raw materials.
What was supposed to be a quick run-through with minor changes turned into a long and involved process. This seems to happen a lot to me, with everything I do. Fortunately, Jose Ramos is a very talented artist, and also very dedicated to his craft, so he didn't mind all the comments and changes I proposed. He took everything very seriously and could turn all my abstract inspirations into reality.
Everything was recorded and will eventually be edited into a more or less coherent video, along with the rest of the porcess we'll be able to document.
