of which, here's a picture from the last trip...

Also regarding this country, here's something funny. I just spoke to
a good friend of mine who lives in Italy and he says he thought he
had left his girlfriend pregnant. So he called up a friend who lives
in Playa del Carmen, to see if he could escape there and live with
him for a while!
And he was asking me how it was out there. I told him it's great,
though not rural enough if you want to hide from a pregnant
girlfriend and her enraged father. Very funny indeed. Anyway, he
later told me she was not pregnant after all, so everything is back
to normal. For obvious reasons, I won't mention his name. But, it's a
true story...

Very busy with paper work for a recent deal I will discuss in detail
when appropriate.
